A talent advancement program for top performing leaders in the field.

Academy was an optional and rewarding continuous learning program. Members had to be nominated by supervisors, were required to submit a personal statement, and were selected by a committee of regional and executive leaders to join. My personal statement submission is linked above.

TALENT SUMMIT 2014

The Academy members had the opportunity to meet in person with the Training Store Managers and their Merchandising/Display Mentors in Philadelphia in February. All of the top talent in the field had the opportunity to get to know one another and to participate in presentations and conversations at Home Office. I created a share-back presentation of my experience to distribute with my district and my store team (below).

The advice, updates, and photos I assembled were also featured and shared on the company's internal intranet forum!
